Kapja meg a főváros az idegenforgalmi adóból származó bevételeket is?

Karácsony Gergely, Budapest főpolgármestere a 24.hu-nak adott interjújában a parkolás után további kerületi bevételek fővárosi átcsoportosítását vetette fel. Példaként az idegenforgalmi adót említette, amelynek 2011-es átalakítását – és ezzel a Főváros beszedési jogának korlátozását – Rogán Antalnak tulajdonította. Az idegenforgalmi adó fővárosi szintű beszedését korábban Vitézy Dávid is felvetette a Fővárosi Közgyűlésben, így nem lenne meglepő, ha a Tisza-kormány támogatná a főpolgármestert e kérdésben. Bár az idegenforgalmi adó ügyében nem született még konkrét döntés, e cikkben bemutatjuk, hogy alakult ki a ma működő rendszer, mekkora bevételt jelent ez a kerületeknek és milyen érvek szólnak egy esetleges reform mellett és ellen.
