Váratlan üzemzavar miatt lekapcsolták az egyik turbinagenerátort a Paksi Atomerőműben

A névleges teljesítményének alig több mint felén, 1012 megawatton termel jelenleg a Paksi Atomerőmű, mert a 4-es blokk áll, az 1-es blokk egyik turbinagenerátora pedig október 21-én generátorvédelmi működés miatt kiesett. A kiesés a lehető legrosszabbkor jön, hiszen a magyar másnapi zsinóráramár hétfőn megawattóránként 326,5 euróra ugrott, ami 2024 decembere óta a legmagasabb szint. A szűkösséget regionális okok is súlyosbítják, mivel karbantartás miatt áll a gönyűi és a dunamenti gázerőmű, a bolgár Kozloduj fél teljesítményen üzemel, a román Cernavoda pedig a Duna alacsony vízállása miatt nem termel.
