MVM-ügyfelek, figyelem! Nagy változás jön a villanyszámláknál

Az MVM Next kivezeti a Díjnet rendszerén keresztüli elektronikus számlaküldést és fizetést, így 2026 végétől a földgáz- és villamosenergia-számlák kizárólag a társaság saját digitális felületein lesznek elérhetők. Október 21-étől már nem lehet új regisztrációt indítani a Díjneten, a változás az egyetemes szolgáltatásban ellátott ügyfeleknek csak 3 százalékát érinti. Nekik legkésőbb 2026. december 1-jéig kell beállítaniuk az e-számlaküldést az MVM Next online ügyfélszolgálatán, a versenypiaci ügyfeleknek pedig november 6-áig kell kezdeményezniük az átállást. A meglévő csoportos beszedési megbízások érvényben maradnak, a Díjneten bemutatott számlák viszont csak 2026. december 31-éig fizethetők be, mert januártól a rendszer visszautalja a befizetéseket. Az időben történő átállás különösen fontos a nem lakossági ügyfeleknek, akiknek a szolgáltató jogszabály alapján nem küldhet papírszámlát.
