Kútba esett a Mol nagy részvénycseréje: mégsem nő 40 százalékra az Alteo-részesedés

Nem hajtja végre a Mol azt az áprilisban bejelentett tranzakciót, amelynek keretében közel 40 százalékra növelte volna részesedését az Alteóban, cserébe pedig megvált volna a Waberer'sben meglévő 15 százalékos részvénycsomagjától - olvasható a vonatkozó közleményben. A vállalat szerint az adásvételi szerződésekben meghatározott határidőig nem sikerült megszerezni valamennyi szükséges hatósági jóváhagyást, ezért a Mol élt a szerződések felmondásának lehetőségével.
