Erre vártunk 20 éve: visszatér az európai útra a magyar gazdaság?

Adásunk első felében egy rég, egészen pontosan 20 éve nem látott eseményről számolunk be: kedden az MNB Monetáris Tanácsa az inflációs cél csökkentéséről döntött, ami 2028-tól lesz érvényes. Hasonlóra 2005 óta nem volt példa - hogy most mi történt, és mi a helyzet az alapkamattal, arról Beke Károlyt, a Portfolio makrogazdasági elemzőjét kérdezzük.    A folytatásban a magyar vendéglátás keserű helyzetéről beszélgetünk Herczeg Zoltán gasztronómiai szakértővel, aki a Dining Guide étteremkalauz felelős kiadója is. A friss kiadvány összeállításakor azzal szembesültek a szakemberek, hogy egyre súlyosabb probléma van a szektorban: jelentősen csökken a fizetőképes kereslet, a középosztály egyre kevésbé tudja eltartani az éttermeket, kevés új hely nyit, és fájóan hiányoznak a minőségi középkategóriás vendéglátóhelyek a piacról. A beszélgetésben - a gazdasági vonatkozások mellett - természetesen megnéztük az idei díjazottakat is, és a piacon megjelent új, izgalmas konyhákra is kitértünk.
