Kijöttek az Appeninn legfrissebb számai

Az Appeninn ingatlanbefektetési társaság bérbeadásból származó bevétele 5 százalékkal, 11,339 millió euróra nőtt 2026 első félévében, operatív jövedelmezősége pedig a jelentős forinterősödés ellenére is stabil maradt. A korrigált EBITDA-margin továbbra is 60 százalék felett alakult. A társaság aktív régiós terjeszkedésbe kezdett: a tarnówi logisztikai központ megvásárlása mellett nem sokkal a félév zárása után újabb, 100 millió eurót meghaladó lengyelországi akvizíciót zárt. A tranzakciók nyomán az Appeninn lengyelországi ingatlanállományának értéke elérte a 170 millió eurót, lefedve mindhárom stratégiai szegmenst: az irodát, a logisztikát és a kiskereskedelmet.
