Oroszország október végéig meghosszabbíthatja a dízelexportra vonatkozó korlátozásokat – írta a Vedomosztyi két, meg nem nevezett forrásra hivatkozva, amit aztán a Reuters szemlézett. A lépés hátterében a belföldi üzemanyaghiány áll, amelyet tovább súlyosítottak az orosz finomítók ellen végrehajtott ukrán dróntámadások.
