Donald Trump bejelentette, hogy Steve Witkoff különleges megbízott és Jared Kushner főtárgyaló Moszkvába, majd Kijevbe utazik, hogy bemutassák a háború lezárására kidolgozott amerikai béketervet. A tárgyalások várhatóan a jövő hét elejéig tartanak. Miközben Ukrajna a tárgyalások idejére ideiglenes tűzszünetet hirdetett és Zelenszkij elnök is megerősítette, hogy tartózkodnak az Oroszország elleni csapásoktól, Moszkva rakétákkal és drónokkal támadta többek között Dnyipropetrovszk megyét, ahol a Kamjanszke elleni csapásban négyen meghaltak és öten megsebesültek.
