Középtávú stratégiájáról tett közzé tájékoztatást az Épduferr. A társaság megállapodott a Panodommal 14 ingatlanfejlesztési projekt generálkivitelezéséről, amelyek összesített nettó vállalkozási díja megközelítőleg 60 milliárd forint lehet. Emellett részesedést szerez egy hidrogéntechnológiai vállalatban, további akvizíciókat tervez, és a DACH-régióban is megrendelést szerezne
