Eltűnt a tőzsdéről a növekedés, máshol zajlik az új forradalom

Egyre kevesebb vállalat választja a tőzsdei jelenlétet – de vajon tényleg a túlszabályozás tehet róla? A helyzet az, hogy a tőzsdék ma már nem a növekedés elsődleges motorjai: ezt a szerepet egy több mint 10 ezer milliárd dolláros, radar alatt működő magántőkepiac vette át. Míg a tőzsdén a régi gazdaság cégei dominálnak, az innováció és a mesterséges intelligencia robbanása nagyrészt zárt ajtók mögött, magánkézben történik. Téves diagnózisra épülő dereguláció helyett ideje szembenézni a tőkepiacok valós átalakulásával.
