Újabb jelölt neve derült ki a Nemzeti Vagyonvisszaszerzési és Vagyonvédelmi Hivatal élére

A Tisza-frakció Sárvári Nicholast jelöli a Nemzeti Vagyonvisszaszerzési és Vagyonvédelmi Hivatal elnöki posztjára, valamint Braun Róbertet és Barabás Zoltánt javasolja a két elnökhelyettesi pozícióra. Az Igazságügyi és Alkotmányügyi Bizottság hétfőn három pályázót – Ligeti Miklóst, Unger Anna Rózát és Jancsics Dávidot – választotta ki az elnöki posztra, míg a vádemelésért felelős és a fellebbviteli elnökhelyettesi pályázatokat eredménytelennek nyilvánították. A Fidesz alkotmányellenesnek tartja az NVVH-ról szóló szabályozást, nem vesz részt a kiválasztásban, és az Alkotmánybírósághoz fordul. A parlament a jelenlegi menetrend szerint pénteken, titkos szavazással dönthet az NVVH vezetőiről.
