Megszólaltak a vagyonvisszaszerzési hivatal elnökaspiránsai: milliárdos vizsgálatokkal kezdenék a munkát

A jövő héten elkezdődik a Nemzeti Vagyonvisszaszerzési és Vagyonvédelmi Hivatal (NVVH) vezetőinek kiválasztása: az elnöki posztra 96 pályázat érkezett, a személyes meghallgatásokat az Országgyűlés Igazságügyi és Alkotmányügyi Bizottsága várhatóan augusztus 25–27. között tartja. Az új hivatal rendkívül széles jogkörökkel rendelkezik majd: felkutathatja a közvagyonból jogellenesen kikerült vagyont, vizsgálhatja a közbeszerzéseket, uniós forrásokat, sőt bizonyos büntetőügyekben nyomozhat és vádat is emelhet. A pályázók között van Ligeti Miklós, a Transparency International jogi igazgatója, valamint több büntetőjogász és nyomozó is. Közülük két pályázóval, Steiner Gábor bíróval és Gerő Tamás ügyvéddel beszélt a Portfolio a terveikről, ambícióikról, és arról, milyennek látják az NVVH jogköreit, lehetőségeit.
