Brutális inflációt indított el az AI-forradalom

Az amerikai infláció júliusban tovább mérséklődött, a részletes adatokban azonban feltűnő tendencia rajzolódik ki: az AI-beruházási boom egyre erősebben hajtja felfelé a technológiai termékek árait. Az informatikai árucikkek ára egyetlen hónap alatt 1,4 százalékkal ugrott meg, a számítógépes szoftverek és tartozékok pedig éves szinten már 21,2 százalékkal drágultak. A háttérben az adatközponti építkezések és az AI-kereslet által generált alkatrészhiány áll, amelynek költségeit a gyártók egyre inkább továbbhárítják a fogyasztókra. Bár a jelenség egyelőre nem fordítja meg az inflációs trendet, a következő hónapok kulcskérdése, hogy az "AI-infláció" átterjedhet-e a gazdaság szélesebb szegmenseire is.
