Elutasította az Alkotmánybíróság a Fidesz-KDNP panaszát – itt a részletes indoklás

Az Alkotmánybíróság érdemi vizsgálat nélkül utasította vissza a közfeladatot ellátó közérdekű vagyonkezelő alapítványokra vonatkozó alaptörvény-módosítás elleni Fidesz-KDNP által beadott indítványt. A testület többsége szerint a kifogás nem eljárási, hanem tartalmi jellegű volt, márpedig az AB alkotmánymódosítás esetén kizárólag az elfogadás és kihirdetés szabályszerűségét vizsgálhatja. Az ügy nem zárult le teljesen: az uniós forrásokhoz kapcsolódó 2026. évi XVIII. törvény alkotmányosságát az AB külön eljárásban vizsgálja.
