Óvatoskodnak a vevők, teljesen új korszak kezdődött a magyar lakáspiacon

A 2026-os év második negyedéve éles regionális különbségeket és a vásárlói magatartás szembetűnő átalakulását hozta a hazai lakáspiacon. Az OTP Ingatlanpont legfrissebb elemzése szerint a piac végleg áttért a vevői tudatosságra, az átgondolt finanszírozásra és a reális árazásra épülő működési modellre. A döntések fókuszába a jó ár-érték arány, a kedvező fenntartási költségek és a jó műszaki állapot kerültek, miközben az eladóközpontú szemléletet fokozatosan a megfontolt vevői megközelítés váltotta fel.
