MBH: lassult a termőföldek drágulása

3,3 százalékkal emelkedtek a termőföldárak Magyarországon 2025-ben, így a hazai termőföldpiac tavaly is megőrizte stabilitását. A szántók hektáronkénti átlagára országosan csaknem 2,5 millió forintra nőtt, a legdrágább régió ebben a művelési ágban továbbra is az Észak-Alföld, míg megyei bontásban Hajdú-Bihar őrzi vezető pozícióját – derült ki az MBH Jelzálogbank legfrissebb Termőföldindex elemzéséből, amely szerint a vízellátottság és az időjárási kockázatok egyre fontosabb szerepet játszhatnak a termőföldek értékének alakulásában, különösen hosszabb időtávon vizsgálva.
