Új pénzügyi rendszert akar az Európai Bizottság, megjelentek az első elképzelések
Ahhoz, hogy az Európai Unió gazdasága növekedni tudjon, innovatív maradjon és megőrizze stratégiai függetlenségét, elengedhetetlen egy rugalmas, ütésálló bankszektor. Bár az elmúlt tizenöt év reformjai stabilabbá tették az uniós pénzintézeteket, az Európai Bizottság friss, július 17-i értékelése szerint a rendszer mára részben saját fejlődésének akadályává vált. A nemzeti határok mentén fennmaradt széttagoltság, a túlzott bürokrácia, a párhuzamos adatszolgáltatás és a nemzetközi sztenderdek merev alkalmazása mind megköti a bankok kezét. Emiatt nehezebben tudják finanszírozni a kontinens technológiai és beruházási felzárkózását. Brüsszel ezért most átfogó reformcsomagon dolgozik. A cél, hogy a pénzügyi stabilitás feláldozása nélkül bontsák le a bürokratikus akadályokat: megkönnyítenék a határokon átnyúló működést, egyszerűsítenék a tőkekövetelményeket, és újragondolnák a betétbiztosítási rendszert. A Bizottság ezzel egészségesebb egyensúlyt teremtene a túlzott kockázatkerülés és a gazdaság stabil finanszírozása között. A téma a Portfolio szeptember 23-ai Future of Finance 2026 konferenciáján is terítékre kerül, nem érdemes lemaradni róla.
