Már hallgatható a Portfolio Checklist pénteki adása. A műsor első felében arról beszélgetünk, hogy a felsőoktatási ponthatárok kihirdetése után sok családnak rögtön egy újabb kérdést kell megoldania: hol lakjon szeptembertől a frissen felvett hallgató. A jó helyen lévő, jó állapotú albérletekért továbbra is erős a verseny, miközben Budapesten és több egyetemvárosban komoly kiadást jelent a lakhatás. De vajon mikor éri meg bérelni, és mikor saját lakást venni? Mennyit számít a település, az egyetem közelsége vagy a képzés hossza? Erről kérdeztük a Portfolio ingatlanpiaci újságíróját, Gulyás Veronikát. Miközben az iskolai szünetben rengeteg tanuló vállal munkát, az utóbbi évek gazdasági stagnálása felveti a kérdést, hogy mennyiben van egyáltalán szükség az idén nyáron diákmunkásokra - erről beszélgettünk a műsor második felében. Melyek a legnépszerűbb és legjobban fizetett pozíciók, és mennyiben tekinthetik rejtett munkaerőtartaléknak a tanulói jogviszonnyal rendelkező fiatalokat a vállalatok?
