Órákon belül elbúcsúzhatunk kedvenc állampapírjainktól − Meddig folytatódhat a kamatvágás?

Már hallgatható a Portfolio Checklist szerdai adása, amelynek első részében a lakossági állampapírok voltak fókuszban, mégpedig abból az apropóból, hogy péntektől csökkennek a két legnépszerűbb lakossági állampapír kamatai. Süle-Szigeti Bulcsúval, a Portfolio elemzőjével néztük meg, hogy mennyit bukhatunk a késlekedéssel, van-e még egyáltalán fantázia az állampapírokban ilyen hozamok mellett és miből érdemes esetleg kiszállni. A műsor második részében a fővárosban immár harmadik hónapja csökkenő lakásárakkal foglalkoztunk. Eljött-e az igazság pillanata, meddig érdemes kivárni, és mi a helyzet az ország többi részén árfronton? A témáról Futó Péterrel, a Zenga elemzési vezetőjével beszélgettünk.
