Elutasította a bíróság a Doktor24 kifogását: tovább zajlik a felszámolás

A Fővárosi Törvényszék kedden elutasította a Doktor24 kifogását a felszámolási eljárás ellen – közölte a Fővárosi Törvényszék szóvivője, aki szerint az eljárás a hatályos jogszabályoknak megfelelően zajlott. Szabó József Tamás hangsúlyozta, hogy a másodfokú döntéssel a felszámolást elrendelő határozat automatikusan jogerőre emelkedik, és a cég azon állítása, miszerint a döntés csak kézbesítés után vált volna jogerőssé, nem felel meg a jogszabályoknak. A szóvivő szerint a társaság ugyan utólag kiegyenlítette az eredeti tartozást, ez azonban már nem változtat a felszámolás joghatásain, amelynek célja az összes esetleges hitelezői követelés felkutatása és rendezése. A Doktor24 ezzel szemben eljárásjogi hibára hivatkozik, és állítása szerint stabil pénzügyi helyzetben van.
