Átalakítja a kormány az MFB működését, megjelent a törvényjavaslat

A kormány átfogó törvénycsomagot nyújtott be az MFB átalakítására, miután a szakosított hitelintézet 2 milliárd eurónyi uniós forrás közvetítésében kap kiemelt szerepet. A módosítás szigorú átláthatósági és összeférhetetlenségi szabályokat vezet be: a jövőben politikai vagy kormányzati jogviszonyban állók nem tölthetnek be igazgatósági vagy felügyelőbizottsági tisztséget, az állami kezességvállalásról szóló határozatoknak pedig nyilvánosnak kell lenniük. A törvényjavaslat előírja a finanszírozott programok adatainak közzétételét, kötelező kockázatkezelési bizottság felállítását és éves könyvvizsgálói ellenőrzést is.
