Bíróságra rángatták a Covid-vakcina gyártóját – döntöttek a Pfizer bűnösségének ügyében

A connecticuti szövetségi bíróság elutasította a Pfizer elleni vádakat egy nagyszabású generikusgyógyszer-kartellperben, amelyben 45 amerikai állam tucatnyi gyógyszergyártót vádol árrögzítéssel és piacfelosztással. A bíró szerint az államok nem tudták bizonyítani, hogy a Pfizer közvetlenül részt vett volna az összejátszásban, vagy tudomása lett volna egykori Greenstone divíziójának állítólagos versenyellenes tevékenységéről. A per a többi alperessel szemben folytatódik, a New York-i főügyész pedig fellebbezést nyújtott be a Pfizer elleni eljárás megszüntetése ellen.
