Fordulat a magyar kriptoszabályozásban: megszűnhet a validációs kötelezettség

Jelentős fordulat előtt áll a magyar kriptoeszköz-piac: a Pénzügyminisztérium múlt héten társadalmi egyeztetésre bocsátotta a kriptoeszközök piacáról szóló törvény módosításáról szóló javaslatot, amely megszüntetné a tavaly bevezetett, sokat vitatott validációs kötelezettséget és az ahhoz kapcsolódó büntetőjogi felelősségrendszert. A változás nemcsak a befektetők számára hozhat nagyobb jogbiztonságot, hanem újra vonzóvá teheti a magyar piacot a nemzetközi és hazai kriptoeszköz-szolgáltatók számára is.
