Hozzányúl a Mol egyik legnagyobb különadójához a kormány

A kormány sávossá alakítaná a kőolajtermék-előállítókat – a gyakorlatban a Molt – terhelő különadót: a társadalmi egyeztetésre bocsátott törvénymódosítás szerint már hordónként 2 dolláros Brent-Ural árkülönbözet felett is adófizetési kötelezettség keletkezne, szemben a jelenlegi 5 dolláros küszöbbel. Az új rendszerben a 2 és 5 dollár közötti sávra 50, az 5 dollár feletti részre továbbra is 95 százalékos adókulcs vonatkozna. A javaslat emellett az adónemet 2027-re is kiterjesztené, az új szabályokat először a 2026. augusztusi kötelezettségekre kellene alkalmazni. A kormány a nemzetközi energiapiaci bizonytalansággal és a költségvetési kockázatok kezelésével indokolja a szigorítást. Cikkünk folyamatosan frissül.
