Tízmilliárdok sorsa dől el − Mi vár a Mol befektetőire?

Több tízmilliárd forintnyi Mol-osztalék sorsa kerülhet politikai és jogi célkeresztbe a Tisza-kormány vagyonvisszaszerzési tervei miatt, a társaság legnagyobb tulajdonosai között ugyanis három olyan alapítvány is van, amely érintett lehet a kekvák felszámolásában. A jelenlegi osztalékjavaslat alapján a Mol közel harmadát birtokló szervezetek összesen több mint 73 milliárd forinthoz juthatnának, de a befektetők számára a történet valódi tétje nem pusztán az, hogy végül ki kapja meg ezt a pénzt. A nagyobb kérdés az, hogy egy vagyonrendezés hogyan rajzolhatja át a társaság tulajdonosi szerkezetét – a végső hatás ugyanis egészen más lehet, mint amire elsőre számítanánk.
