Lakáshitelesek, figyelem: döntött a Tisza-kormány a kamatstop sorsáról

Csaknem öt év után, 2026. szeptember 30-ával megszűnik a jelzáloghitelek "jelenlegi feltételek mellett fennálló" kamatstopja – derült ki a kormány hírverés nélkül társadalmi egyeztetésre bocsátott tervezetéből. Cikkünk első megjelenése után a Pénzügyminisztérium pontosította: ez még nem a végleges kivezetés, viszont szeptember 30-áig kidolgozzák a ténylegesen rászoruló adósok számára a megoldást. A végleges kivezetés összesen 216 ezer, vagyis minden negyedik lakáscélú és szabad felhasználású jelzáloghitel-szerződés törlesztőrészletét érintené, esetükben 2022 óta nem hagyta érvényesülni a piaci kamatváltozásokat az intézkedés. Kiszámoltuk, mekkora lehet a változás: egy 5 éves hátralévő futamidejű lakáshitel törlesztőrészlete nagyjából 10%-kal, havi pár ezer forinttal ugorhat meg októbertől. A sérülékeny adósok száma az MNB szerint 19 ezer fő.
