Kapitány István gazdasági és energetikai miniszter rendeletben módosította a biztonsági kőolajtermék-készletek felhasználásának szabályait, amelynek lényege a készletértékesítési és nagykereskedelmi árak emelése. A benzin nettó készletértékesítési ára 270,25 forintról 283,45 forintra, a gázolajé 300,48 forintról 310,47 forintra nő literenként. A kormány ezzel a piaci folyamatokat kívánja lekövetni, feltehetően azért, hogy csökkentse a stratégiai készletek későbbi visszapótlásából eredő finanszírozási veszteséget.
