Kötelező bérsávok? Fizetések az álláshirdetésben? – Eloszlatjuk a bértranszparencia tévhiteit

Ma jár le az Európai Unió bértranszparencia irányelvének átültetésére rendelkezésre álló határidő. Miközben a vállalatok többsége a magyar szabályozás megjelenésére vár, egyre több szakmai beszélgetésen tapasztalom, hogy a figyelem elsősorban a kötelezettségekre irányul. Lesznek-e kötelező bérsávok? Meg kell-e jeleníteni a fizetést az álláshirdetésekben? Mikor és milyen adatokat kérhet majd a munkavállaló? Ezek fontos kérdések, de HR vezetőként egyre inkább azt érzem, hogy a bértranszparencia kapcsán nem ezek jelentik a valódi kihívást. Az elmúlt hónapokban számos vállalatnál, vezetői fórumon és szakmai egyeztetésen ugyanazzal a problémával találkoztam: sok szervezet nem a szabályozás miatt bizonytalan, hanem azért, mert saját maga számára sem tud minden esetben egyértelmű választ adni arra, hogy mi alapján alakultak ki a jelenlegi bérviszonyok. A bértranszparencia ugyanis valójában nem a bérek nyilvánosságáról szól, sokkal inkább arról, hogy egy szervezet képes-e következetesen és hitelesen megindokolni a döntéseit.
