Kettészakadtak a globális befektetések, merész húzással reagálnak a magyar profik

Májusban a hazai alapkezelők határozottan a vételi pedálra tapostak: a közös modellportfólióban mind a kötvény-, mind a részvénykitettség nőtt, miközben a pénzpiaci eszközök súlyát jelentősen visszavágták. A részvénypiacok az AI-boom által hajtva meglepően ellenállónak bizonyultak, ugyanakkor a kötvényhozamok emelkedése és a tartósan magas energiaárak miatt a két piac közötti divergencia lett a hónap meghatározó jelensége. A portfóliómenedzserek rekordmértékben, 60,7%-os súllyal ajánlanak forintos kitettséget, ami minden korábbi mérést felülmúl. A magyar kötvények kapják a legnagyobb súlyt a közös modellportfólióban, míg a szakértők egy része már aszimmetrikus kockázatokat lát a forint háza táján.
