Harapófogóban van az MNB – Kitart még a türelem?
Nagy dilemmában van a Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB) Monetáris Tanácsa a keddi kamatdöntő ülés előtt. Egyrészt egyre inkább úgy tűnik, hogy tartós a forint választások után látott erősödése, az infláció pedig a jegybanki cél alatt van hónapok óta. Másrészt viszont a nemzetközi színtéren fokozódnak az inflációs kockázatok, a Hormuzi-szoros lassan három hónapja le van zárva, és nincs is kilátás a közel-keleti békére.Ráadásul a jegybankon egyre nagyobb a nyomás az exportáló vállalatok oldaláról is, akik rosszabbul járnak az erős forinttal. A keddi kamatdöntésen az lesz a fő kérdés, hogy a jelenlegi kedvező helyzet vagy a borús kilátások esnek erősebben a latba. A Portfolio által megkérdezett szakértők is megosztottak, a többség a 6,25%-os alapkamat tartására számít, de vannak olyanok, akik szerint beadja a derekát a Monetáris Tanács és csökkenti az irányadó rátát. Júniusra viszont a szakemberek többsége már egyértelműen kamatvágással számol.
