Magyar Péter kedden Bécsben tárgyalt osztrák partnereivel, a több minisztert is felvonultató magyar delegáció vonattal utazott a találkozóra, ahol az azbesztszennyezés ügyéről is egyeztettek. A politikus közlése szerint ígéretet kaptak a szennyezés azonnali leállítására és kivizsgálására, miközben bejelentette azt is, hogy szeptemberben Gödöllőn közös magyar–osztrák kormányülést tartanak. Eközben több személyi változásról is döntés született: Naderi Zsuzsanna vezeti majd az Oktatási és Gyermekügyi Minisztérium szakképzésért és felnőttkori tanulásért felelős államtitkárságát, míg Kürtös László a Honvédelmi Minisztérium parlamenti államtitkára lesz. Szerdától ideiglenesen felfüggesztette a Mediaworks a Metropol nyomtatott kiadását, a Tisza Párt pedig benyújtotta az egyetemi alapítványi rendszer átalakítását célzó alaptörvény-módosítási javaslatát.
