Felfüggesztené a devizahiteles pereket és végrehajtásokat a Tisza javaslata

Törvényjavaslatot nyújtott be a Tisza két országgyűlési képviselője, Hantosi István és Melléthei-Barna Márton a devizahiteles ügyekben még folyamatban lévő perek és végrehajtások kezeléséről. A javaslat lényege, hogy a devizahiteles törvények felülvizsgálatáig hivatalból fel kellene függeszteni az érintett polgári pereket, a kapcsolódó végrehajtási eljárásokban pedig főszabály szerint nem lehetne további eljárási cselekményt vagy intézkedést tenni.
