Hogyan lehetne oldani a magyar nyugdíjkorhatár egyszerre fennálló merevségét és lazaságát?

Jelenleg a magyar nyugdíjkorhatár egyszerre merev és laza. Merev, mert 2012 óta főszabályként tilos az általános nyugdíjkorhatár elérése előtt nyugdíjba vonulni. Laza, mert 2011 óta azok a nők, akik az általános (másképp: irányadó) korhatár alatt összegyűjtöttek 40 éves jogviszonyt (nagy részben szolgálati idő, de például a felsőoktatási évek nem számítanak), levonás nélkül nyugdíjba vonulhatnak. A laza korhatár olyan népszerű, hogy legtöbben a merevséget is a lazaság kiterjesztésével oldanák. Holott ismert és más országokban bevált a rugalmas (másképp: változó) korhatár rendszere: az általános korhatár elérése előtt 2–3 évvel, akár 20 évnyi szolgálati idővel, előrehozott nyugdíjjal nyugdíjba lehet menni, csak le kell nyelni az előrehozott időszakért az évi 4–6 százalékos máluszt. A cikk első felében összehasonlítom a két rendszert, majd egy elméleti átmenetet mutatok be a merev/laza és a rugalmas korhatár között. Végül gyakorlati javaslatot teszek egy hatéves átmenetre a merev/laza rendszerből a rugalmasra.
