Végveszélyben egy létfontosságú ágazat: több millió európai munkahely miatt könyörögnek Brüsszelnél

Rekordszámú dömpingellenes panaszt nyújtottak be az európai vegyipari vállalatok a kínai import ellen: az elmúlt két évben huszonnégy vizsgálatot indított az Európai Bizottság, miközben legalább huszonhat további beadvány vár elbírálásra. Az olcsó behozatal az ágazatot végveszélybe sodorta – három év alatt az európai vegyipari kapacitások mintegy 7 százalékát állították le. A helyzetet súlyosbítja, hogy a kínai mellett az amerikai és szaúdi dömpingexport is erősödik, részben a Trump-féle vámok piactorzító hatása miatt.
