Precedens értékű jelzés: zöld utat kaphat a bevándorlók EU-n kívüli elhelyezése

Az EU Bíróságának főtanácsnoka szerint alapvetően összeegyeztethető az uniós joggal az Olaszország és Albánia közötti migrációs megállapodás, amely egyúttal precedensszintű iránymutatás arról, hogy az illegálisan ide érkező bevándorlók elhelyezéséről az EU határain kívül is döntsenek. Az egyetlen feltétel ehhez az, hogy az érintettek minden uniós jogot és garanciát ténylegesen megkapjanak, függetlenül a fizikai tartózkodási helyüktől.
