A magyar költségvetési rendszer átláthatósága az Open Budget Survey 2025-ös nemzetközi felmérése szerint javult, annak köszönhetően, hogy két évvel korábban soha nem látott mélypontra zuhant. Az egységes szempontok alapján értékelő, nemzetközileg összehasonlítható rendszerben Magyarország ezúttal 43 pontot kapott, ami látványos javulás a 2023-as 22 pont után, de elmarad a 2021-ben látott 44 ponttól. A napokban felálló, újra önálló Pénzügyminisztériummal rendelkező új kormánynak lesz feladata ezen a téren is.
