Az iráni háború nyomán nemcsak a nyersolaj ára lőtt ki, hanem a finomított termékek felára is, miközben a forint gyengülése tovább növeli a hazai költségeket. A magyar autós ebből egyelőre keveset lát: az ársapka elrejti az árrobbanást, a feszültség viszont egyre gyakrabban a kutaknál bukkan elő mennyiségi korlátozások formájában. Közben Európától Ázsiáig sorra jönnek a beavatkozások, a tankerek pedig már útközben is irányt váltanak, miután beindult a harc az üzemanyagokért. A kérdés így már nem csak az, mennyibe kerülne a benzin és a gázolaj ársapka nélkül, hanem hogy egy elhúzódó ellátási sokkban meddig képes Európa – és benne Magyarország – egyáltalán biztosítani a dízel folyamatos megérkezését.
