Átadták Kelet-Magyarország legnagyobb akkumulátoros energiatárolóját

A Mol egy 40 MWh energiatárolási kapacitású villamosenergia-tároló rendszert épített fel Tiszaújvárosban, a Mol Petrolkémia területén. Ez Kelet-Magyarország legnagyobb akkumulátoros tárolója, amit közvetlenül a végfogyasztó mellé telepítettek, olvasható az olajcég közleményében. A beruházásnak köszönhetően a Mol beléphet a MAVIR által működtetett rendszerszintű szolgáltatások piacára. A 6,6 milliárd forintból megvalósult létesítménynek fontos szerepe lesz az országos elektromos hálózat ingadozásainak kiegyensúlyozásában. A Mol Magyarországon 2030-ra összesen 500 MWh-nyi tárolórendszert tervez kiépíteni. A beruházáshoz az Európai Unió 2,699 milliárd forint vissza nem térítendő támogatást nyújt a Helyreállítási és Ellenállóképességi Eszköz keretében.
