Közzéteszi idei második kamatdöntését az Európai Központi Bank (EKB), amelyet az iráni háború nyomán kibontakozó energiaválság miatt egy kifejezetten bizonytalan környezetben kellett hoznia. A várakozásoknak megfelelően az EKB Kormányzótanácsa nem változtatott az irányadó kamatszinten, a betéti ráta maradt 2 százalék. Bár a döntés maga nem volt meglepetés (a piacok 99 százalék esélyt adnak a kamatszint tartására), a befektetők kiemelt figyelemmel követik, hogy milyen hangnemben értékeli Christine Lagarde jegybankelnök a gazdasági folyamatokat, illetve milyen első üzenetet fogalmaz meg a várható inflációs és kamatpályával kapcsolatban.
