Szépségversen hódította meg a tévé világát Geszler Dorottya

A Kádár-korszak egyik utolsó ajándéka az országnak Geszler Dorottya volt. Már recsegett, ropogott, összedőlni készült a rendszer, s mi, magyarok teli tüdővel szívtuk be a nyugatról felénk fújt szabadság illatát. Vágytunk a jóra, az elérhetetlenre. Már Bécsből hoztuk haza a mosógépet, a videómagnót és természetesnek vettük, hogy mintha csak Párizsban vagy Milánóban lennénk, szépségversenyt rendeznek évről évre. Geszler Dorottya a „szocializmus” utolsó ilyen megmérettetésén vett részt. Harmadik lett, ő kapta a közönség díjat, és akkor róla beszélt az ország, nem az első helyezettről. Azóta, egészen napjainkig folyamatosan bizonyítja, hogy a szépség nem feltétlenül a „legyen világbéke” intelligenciájával párosul. A balettintézet egykori növendéke szinte folyamatosan képernyőn van, hol show-műsorban, hol főzőversenyen láthatja őt a nagyérdemű…
