Átkerült Szijjártó Péter ügye a Fővárosi Nyomozó Ügyészségtől a Budapesti Rendőr-főkapitánysághoz (BRFK), miután Tényi István vesztegetés bűntett gyanúja miatt bejelentést tett - írja az Index. Tekintettel arra, hogy Szijjártó Péter már nem országgyűlési képviselő, nincs mentelmi joga. Elítélése esetén három évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntethetik.
