Ma még az eddig érvényes kondíciókkal jegyezhetnek lakossági állampapírokat a kisbefektetők, ám július 17-től ismét csökkent a kamatokon az adósságkezelő. Ennek nyomán a legnépszerűbb konstrukció, a Fix MÁP éves kamata az eddigi 6-ról 5,50 százalékra csökken. Május óta minden hónapban vágott a lakossági állampapírok kamataiból az ÁKK, ami jót tesz a keresletnek is. A lakossági ügyfelek értékpapír-vásárlásait a bankok is igyekeznek ösztönözni.
