Szombaton, július 18-án rajtol a 44. Lidl Balaton-átúszás, amelyre idén rekordgyorsasággal, már hét héttel a rajt előtt betelt a 10 500 fős létszámkeret a klasszikus, 5,2 kilométeres főtávra. Miközben tízezrek készülnek életük első vagy éppen sokadik teljesítésére, van valaki, aki a kezdetektől fogva részese ennek a történelemnek. A 73 éves Gurbán Béla az esemény abszolút ikonja: ő az egyetlen, aki az eddigi összes Balaton-átúszáson rajthoz állt, illetve sikeresen célba is ért. Idén a 44. teljesítésére készül.
