Iszik vagy vezet? - Elvehetik a jogosítványát a balesetet okozó elektromos rolleresnek

Egyre nagyobb számban tűnnek fel elektromos rollerrel közlekedők járdákon, kerékpársávokban, de úttesten is gyakran suhannak. Nagyobb sebesség esetén, a szabályokat áthágva könnyen előfordulnak balesetek, ilyenkor a „sofőrök” saját és mások testi épségét is veszélyeztetik. Mi történik akkor, ha valaki ittasan pattan fel a rollerére és okoz vele balesetet? Elvehetik-e a jogosítványát? Dr. Borbély Zoltán ügyvédet kérdeztük a jogi következményekről.
