Elhunyt a Malév legendás pilótája, Somogyvári József, "Soma kapitány". A légitársaság egyik legtapasztaltabb és legnépszerűbb kapitánya volt, aki annak idején a Nyíregyházi Főiskola első évfolyamán szerzett repülőgép vezetői képesítést.
