Egy új kutatás szerint a tojásfogyasztás jelentősen csökkentheti az Alzheimer-kór kialakulásának kockázatát. A tanulmány, amely a The Journal of Nutrition című folyóiratban jelent meg, kimutatta, hogy azoknál, akik rendszeresen fogyasztanak tojást, akár 27 százalékkal is alacsonyabb lehet a betegség előfordulásának esélye. Az eredmények különösen fontosak, mivel az Alzheimer-kór a demencia leggyakoribb formája, amely világszerte emberek millióinak életét nehezíti meg.
