A választási törvény nemzetiségekre vonatkozó részének módosítását ígérte a társadalmi kapcsolatokért és kultúráért felelős miniszteri poszt várományosa hétfői bizottsági meghallgatásán. Tarr Zoltán emellett a nemzetiségi oktatás támogatására is ígéretet tett. Kiemelte: a Tisza-kormány célja, hogy lebontsa a gyűlölet falait.
