Beolvasott a szakszervezet a MÁV vezetésének: jogtalanul bocsátottak el egy szakszervezeti tisztviselőt?

Törvénysértő módon, azonnali hatállyal kirúgtak egy szakszervezeti tisztségviselőt a MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt.-től, mert balesetveszélyes körülményekre figyelmeztette a munkáltatót – állítja a Vasutasok Szakszervezete (VSZ). Az érdekképviseletet sokkolta a jogszerűtlen intézkedés, amelyet a cég vezérigazgatója azzal indokolt, hogy a tisztségviselő az utasok biztonsága érdekében felvetett aggályaival hamisan vádolta a céget – áll a közleményükben. A VSZ felszólította a vezérigazgatót, azonnal vegye vissza korábbi munkakörébe a szakszervezetist, és azt követelik, hogy kirúgás helyett inkább vizsgálják ki az utasok biztonságát is érinthető műszaki problémákat.
