Kiderült, hogy mit építenének Budapest legnagyobb rozsdaövezetében - Kihirdették a Rákosrendező-mestertervet

Lezárult a korábban politikai viták által érintett, végül elővásárlás útján a főváros tulajdonába került Rákosrendező rozsdaövezet beépítésének nemzetközi tervpályázata. A francia, holland, német, szlovák és magyar építészirodák együttműködésében megszületett nyertes mesterterv adja meg a városrész végleges szerkezetét, beépítését, építészeti karakterét, zöldhálózatát és közműhálózatát, valamint mindezek ütemezését - jelentette be Karácsony Gergely. Tízezer új lakás és egy hatalmas városi park: ilyen jövőt szánnak a nyertes terv alapján. A Rákosrendező projekt évtizedekre meghatározhatja Budapestet.
