Mihez képest nincs több gyerek? Nincs az a családpolitika, amely pótolni tudná a meg nem született anyákat

Egyre kevesebb gyerek születik Magyarországon, a jelenség mögött azonban összetettebb kép áll annál, mint amit fel szoktunk vázolni. A csökkenésben ugyanis a termékenység alakulásánál is nagyobb szerepet játszik a szülőképes korú nők létszámának fogyása és a korösszetétel átalakulása. Mivel nincs olyan ösztönző rendszer, amely képes lenne pótolni a meg nem született anyákat, így a jelenlegi korstruktúrában már a népességfogyás lassítása is stratégiai győzelemmel ér fel. Mindeközben a gyermekvállalás egyre későbbre tolódik, így a meglévő támogatások mellett olyan új családpolitikai eszközre is szükség lenne, amely a korábbi gyermekvállalást ösztönzi.
